HOT SEAT INTERVENTIONS 🔥
Get a hot seat
When registering, participants can submit questions for the mentor and request a hot seat. Before each session, the mentor selects 6–8 members for focused 10-minute interventions.
Tailored mentor guidance
Each hot seat consists in a dedicated coaching exchange where the mentor helps identify blind spots, clarify priorities, challenge assumptions, and define practical next steps. These interventions are designed to address real situations with actionable guidance rather than theory.
Peer learining
While each intervention is personalised for the participant, the value extends to the entire group through shared insights and peer learning, as members observe how experienced mentors approach decisions, solve problems, and think through real cases.
