Step 01 Build Your Own Challenge 📈
Every 4 weeks, TMT runs a Growth Challenge kickoff event. This is the moment where you build your own challenge for the next 4 weeks, defining Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Business-related goals, and commit to succeed. No vague intentions. Real targets, written down, shared with your group.
Step 02 Join Your Accountability Group 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼
During the kickoff event you will join a small group of maximum 5 members and set up an accountability system that will make you forget excuses and procrastination, and perform at a high level. Your group becomes your mirror, and the reason you don't quit when things get hard.
Step 03 Penalties & Rewards 🔥
Penalties and rewards will be defined in your group, by unanimous decision, feeding that little fire within you that will make you take consistent action to succeed during the challenge. This is where it gets real. The stakes are set by the group, for the group.
Step 04 Win Points, Earn Prizes 💰
In the 4 weeks of the challenge you will gain or lose points based on your capability to accomplish what you said you would. A leaderboard will be published in the community on a weekly basis. At the end, prizes will be distributed and penalties paid. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just results.
Every challenge comes with a personal progress tracking tool that allows participants, not only to count and visualise their accomplishments, but also to analyse their performance and productivity day by day, and journal about what worked and what, instead, made them fail.
All these data, when reviewed at the end of the month, provide the required knowledge and self understanding to correct your actions and perform better in the immediate future, guaranteeing consistent improvement and clarity.
