Welcome to The Men’s Temple (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and membership programs available at www.themenstemple.com (the “Website”).

By accessing the Website, purchasing a membership, or participating in any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Membership

The Men’s Temple offers 3, 6 and 12 membership plans that provide access to the TMT community channels (Whatsapp community, Discord server) and related community events, programs and activities outlined in the selected subscription plan. A The Men’s Temple membership grants access only to the services explicitly included in the chosen plan.

Memberships DO NOT include occasional retreats, in person gatherings, courses, mentorship sessions, workshops, special events, or any other separately purchasable products or services offered by The Men’s Temple, unless explicitly stated in the offer. These items must be purchased independently and are not covered by the membership fees.

All memberships automatically renew at the end of the billing period, using your saved payment method, unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You may manage, update, or cancel your membership at any time through your The Men’s Temple customer portal, or by contacting our support team at support@themenstemple.com.

Membership policy

  • Membership is available only to individuals 18 years or older.

  • Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

  • We may reasonably modify programming, facilitators, schedules, digital platforms, or included benefits without constituting breach, provided core membership value remains materially consistent.

  • We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership when necessary for community safety or policy violations.

2. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment providers (Stripe, or international bank transfer).

By subscribing, you authorise The Men’s Temple to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you choose to cancel your membership.

Payment Failures & Temporary Suspension

If a payment fails (for example, due to insufficient funds or an expired card), you will receive an automated email requesting that you update your payment details or top up your card balance. 

If a membership payment fails, you will have a grace period of five (5) days to update your payment method. If payment is not successfully completed within this period, your membership will be automatically suspended, and you will temporarily lose access to all community services, including but not limited to the Whatsapp TMT channels, community spaces, discounts, and member-only content.

You can easily update your payment information at any time by logging into your account dashboard on our website or by contacting our support team at support@themenstemple.com. for assistance.

Reactivating Access After Updating Payment Method

If your payment method is updated after a period of suspension and your subscription becomes active again, please note that our automation system may not always resend the invitation or access links to rejoin community channels and groups.

If this occurs, it is the member’s responsibility to contact our support team at support@themenstemple.com to request manual reinstatement into the appropriate channels and groups.

Cancellation After Prolonged Suspension

If your membership remains in a suspended status for thirty (30) consecutive days, your subscription will be automatically canceled. Once canceled, access to The Men’s Temple services cannot be restored under the previous subscription. You must create a new membership subscription to regain access.

One-time purchases 

Any purchase made on the website that is not a subscription, including workshops, courses, single sessions, individual classes, or retreats, does not grant access to the The Men’s Temple community unless explicitly stated at checkout.

All products offered on the website may be purchased by both members and non-members. Active members may be eligible for discounted pricing in accordance with the terms of their subscription plan.

All one-time purchase products are non-refundable unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Purchases related to retreat participation are subject to a separate refund policy, which will be provided at the time of booking and applies exclusively to retreat-related purchases.

Voluntary contributions 

The Men’s Temple may accept voluntary contributions to support its activities and operations. All such contributions are made voluntarily and are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or participation. Contributions do not grant access to membership benefits, Circle sessions, workshops, retreats, or other services unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your The Men’s Temple membership at any time directly through the customer portal logging in with your email or by contacting our support team.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to all member benefits until that date.

Please note that The Men’s Temple does not offer refunds or partial credits for unused time, early cancellations, or periods of inactivity. Once a new billing cycle begins, all payments are considered final.

If events are postponed or rescheduled due to events beyond reasonable control (illness, natural disaster, venue disruption, government restrictions), remedies may include rescheduling, credit, or substitute delivery rather than refunds.

4. Free Trial and Subscription Renewal

Trial period

The Men’s Temple offers a 14-day trial period for new members, as indicated during the checkout, at the moment of purchasing a new membership. Within this period every new member is entitled to a full refund of the membership fee in case of cancellation.

  • You may cancel your trial at any time before the trial period ends to get the full membership fee back. Cancellation can be done through your account, using the customer portal, or by contacting us at support@themenstemple.com.

  • After the 14-day trial period the membership fees non-refundable except where required by law.

  • At the end of the trial, membership converts automatically into a paid subscription unless canceled before trial expiration.

  • 14-day trials are available to new users only. We reserve the right to revoke or deny free trial access in cases of misuse or duplicate accounts.

5. Use of Services

By joining The Men’s Temple, members agree to uphold the integrity and safety of our community by following these principles:

  • Confidentiality: Everything shared within the community stays in the community. Members must not disclose or repeat any personal information shared by others.

  • Respect: Treat all participants, facilitators and mentors with honesty, respect, and non-judgment. Every man’s experience and perspective deserve respect.

  • Privacy: Recording, sharing, or distributing any part of a session or its content without prior written consent from The Men’s Temple is strictly prohibited.

  • Commitment: Members agree to honour the TMT events guidelines, participate mindfully, and contribute to a safe, supportive environment.

  • Anti-harassment / anti-discrimination language.

  • No solicitation/spam within member channels unless approved.

  • No unauthorised coaching/selling or self-promotion to other members and in the community channels.

The Men’s Temple reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any participant who violates these principles, disrupts the group dynamic, or acts in a way that compromises the trust, safety, or well-being of others.

If a participant is removed from a meeting due to such behaviour, this will be recorded as a formal warning. Three (3) removals for violations of conduct will result in the automatic termination of the participant’s membership, without eligibility for refund.

The Men’s Temple is committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive environment for all members, and these measures are in place to protect the integrity and safety of the community experience. Rules and regulations for every event will be provided to all members upon their subscription to the community.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, designs, logos, videos, written content, recordings, and other resources provided by The Men’s Temple (“Content”) are the exclusive property of The Men’s Temple and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Content solely for your individual participation within the The Men’s Temple community.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, perform, transmit, or create derivative works from any The Men’s Temple Content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from The Men’s Temple.

Any unauthorised use of our materials, recordings, or intellectual property will result in immediate termination of membership and may lead to legal action.

Members retain ownership of their content, but grant TMT a limited license to host, display and use content within the community for operating services.

7. Disclaimers

Nature of Services and Personal Responsibility

The Men’s Temple LLC provides community-based personal development experiences designed to foster connection, self-awareness, education, and peer support among men. Our Circles, programs, workshops, mentorship, and events are intended solely for personal growth and relational development and are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, or any other licensed professional services, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Men’s Temple LLC is not a healthcare or mental health provider. Our facilitators, mentors, organizers, and representatives may have experience in group dynamics, emotional processing, and personal development, but they are not licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians, or medical professionals unless explicitly identified as such.

By participating in any services offered by The Men’s Temple LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

  • Our services are intended for personal development and emotional connection, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic intervention.

  • The Men’s Temple LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe treatment for any physical, emotional, or mental health condition.

  • You are solely responsible for your own physical, emotional, psychological, and mental well-being before, during, and after participation.

  • You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your personal circumstances.

  • If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, trauma, crisis, or mental health challenges, you are strongly encouraged to seek support from a qualified licensed mental health professional.

  • You may withdraw from participation at any time.

Assumption of Responsibility

By engaging in our programs, you acknowledge that any insights, experiences, decisions, or changes arising from participation are your own responsibility, and you accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your participation.

No Guarantees of Results

The Men’s Temple LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participation in its programs, services, events, mentorship, workshops, networking opportunities, or community activities, including but not limited to financial success, business growth, professional opportunities, personal development, emotional breakthroughs, or relationship improvements. Individual results vary and depend on many factors beyond our control.

Testimonials, case studies, and member experiences are illustrative only and do not constitute promises or guarantees of similar outcomes.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in any activities offered by The Men’s Temple LLC, whether online or in person, you acknowledge that participation may involve inherent emotional, psychological, interpersonal, and, where applicable, physical risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from such participation.

Emergency Situations Disclaimer

The Men’s Temple LLC is not an emergency service provider and does not offer crisis intervention, emergency medical services, or mental health crisis support.

In the event of a medical, psychological, or personal emergency, you agree to contact appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals in your jurisdiction. While facilitators or representatives may respond in good faith where appropriate, The Men’s Temple LLC has no obligation to provide emergency intervention or assume responsibility for crisis situations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Men’s Temple LLC, including its founders, directors, managers, employees, facilitators, mentors, organizers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or participation in any of our programs, services, events, or activities.

This includes, without limitation, damages related to loss of profits, loss of income, business interruption, loss of data, emotional distress, reputational harm, or any other intangible losses, even if The Men’s Temple LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of The Men’s Temple LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in any services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for membership or services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Independent Third Parties and Member Conduct

The Men’s Temple LLC is not responsible for the actions, statements, conduct, or behavior of any members, participants, guests, or third parties, whether occurring during or outside of official events, programs, or community spaces.

Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, the limitations set out in this Section shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Non-Excludable Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be excluded under law.

9. Testimonials and Reviews

Voluntary Submission: Members may choose to provide testimonials, feedback, or reviews about their experiences with The Men’s Temple. Submission of such content is entirely voluntary.

Consent to Use: By providing a testimonial or review (written, audio, or video), you grant The Men’s Temple non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your testimonial for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and advertising materials.

Right to Withdraw:
You may request removal of your testimonial at any time by contacting us at support@themenstemple.com. Upon receipt of your request, we will remove the content within a reasonable period.

Content Integrity:
The Men’s Temple reserves the right to edit testimonials for clarity or length, provided that the meaning and intent remain unchanged.

10. Photography, Video Recording and Media Release

By attending any event, retreat, workshop, circle, mentorship session, community gathering, or other activity organized by The Men's Temple LLC, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media may be captured during participation.

You grant The Men's Temple LLC, its affiliates, contractors, representatives, and marketing partners the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize your name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, statements, and participation in any media format now known or later developed, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, promotional materials, advertisements, email communications, printed materials, and other marketing or educational content.

You understand and agree that no compensation, royalties, or additional approval will be required for such use.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, you must notify The Men's Temple LLC in writing prior to the event or inform event organizers upon arrival. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, The Men's Temple LLC cannot guarantee complete exclusion from group photographs, recordings, or background appearances at public or group events.
